Francis Family LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of users of our internal applications, including the Ready App Finance Manager (the "Application"). This Privacy Policy describes the limited data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Scope
Our applications are operated for internal business purposes of Francis Family LLC and its subsidiaries. They are not offered to the general public and do not collect personal data from members of the public.
Information We Process
The Application processes the following categories of information solely on behalf of the authorized user:
- Authorization credentials — OAuth tokens issued by third-party providers (such as Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace) that authorize the Application to act on the user's behalf.
- Business data — accounting records, customers, invoices, transactions, and reports retrieved from QuickBooks Online at the user's direction.
- Operational logs — timestamps, request identifiers, and error messages used to diagnose issues.
How We Use Information
Information is used only to provide the functionality requested by the authorized user. We do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is not used to train artificial-intelligence models or for any purpose unrelated to the authorized user's business operations.
Third-Party Services
The Application connects to third-party services authorized by the user, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Each such service has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles information; we encourage users to review those policies.
Data Retention
Authorization tokens are retained for as long as the Application is in use and are revocable at any time by the user via the third-party provider. Business data retrieved from third-party services is processed in memory and is not persisted by the Application beyond the duration of the request, except for non-identifying operational logs retained for diagnostic purposes.
Security
We employ commercially reasonable safeguards to protect authorization credentials and operational data, including encrypted storage of tokens and restricted access controls.
Your Rights
You may revoke the Application's access to any third-party service at any time through that service's settings. Questions or requests regarding your data may be directed to the contact below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above.
